We are a community of women committed to growing in faith, deepening our relationship with Christ, and encouraging one another in every stage of life. Through fellowship, prayer, and service, we seek to empower and uplift women as we follow God’s calling together.

OUR TEAM?
All of our volunteers are expected to uphold the following requirements.
1. Personal Relationship with Christ – Volunteers must have a personal commitment to following Jesus and demonstrate a growing faith.
2. Active Church Membership – Must be an active member of Victory Baptist Church and regularly attend services.
3. Spiritual Maturity – Demonstrate spiritual maturity and a commitment to personal Bible study, prayer, and discipleship.
4. Clear Background Check – Complete and pass a background check, especially for any roles involving counseling or mentoring.
5. Agreement with Church Doctrine – Must agree with and uphold the beliefs and teachings of Victory Baptist Church.
6. Confidentiality and Compassion – Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters and show compassion to all women in the ministry.
7. Servant's Heart – Willingness to serve humbly and selflessly in various roles, from mentoring to event planning.
8. Dependability – Be reliable and committed to the ministry schedule and responsibilities.
9. Team Player – Able to work well with other volunteers and ministry leaders in a collaborative spirit.
10. Desire to Help Women Grow Spiritually – Passionate about supporting and encouraging women in their spiritual walk and life journey.
