Born as the son of a preacher out of Jacksonville, Florida, Mason is no stranger to the workings of the ministry.  By the age of 2, Mason would be introduced to the mobility of the ministry as his father would follow God's call on his life to take his family to the great state of Texas. In the winter 1987, after serving faithfully in multiple assignments, God would yet again burden Mason's father to relocate his family to the city of Wichita Falls and the Southwest Baptist Church.  It was here that Mason would spend the majority of his upbringing resulting in his surrendering to the ministry at the age of 12, as well recieving his high school diploma from Rider High in the spring of 1999.  Following God's calling on his own life, Mason would enroll in the Arlington Baptist College in the fall of 1999 where he would graduate 4 years later with a Bachelor of Science degree.  During his college tenure, Mason would see God continuing to work in his life as he would join the staff of Victory as well as marry the love of his life Amber in the winter of 2001. After serving several years as youth pastor, Mason's heart would eventually be convicted by the fact that he himself was in need of a savior.  As God would have it, while ministering to his own youth department, Mason would yeild to God's hand on his heart and accept Christ as his savior at Minnetonka Christian Camp in the summer of 2004. Since then God has utilized Mason's life and testimony as an instrument of encouragement to youth and adults alike.

Mason and his wife Amber lead a youth department that boasts well over 100 teenagers as well as raising their own 2 beautiful children; Major Brooks & Maley Blayne.  Mason enjoys playing sports such as baseball, softball, four-square, and golf.
